Compare Tables in Separate Databases

I have a user that created her own "simple" database and
then had a copy made for 2002. The fields and tables in
the databases are identical. However, she has been
switching back and forth between the two and just realized
it today. Is there an easy way to compare the two
databases for differences in tables.
