Compare two Sheets from two workbook

Hello All,

How can I compare a sheet from one workbook against another sheet in another
workbook.

example:

Workbook1 has a sheet called repository and it has multiple rows and columns
of data. (master)
Workbook2 has a sheet called repository and it has multiple rows and columns
of data. (working copy)

In short, both worksheet are almost identicle except, one we update multiple
times throughout the day (working copy), and the other on (Master) an as
needed basis. At the end of the day, I need to be able to sink up the
working copy to the master

Doees anyone have an idea on how to do this. Any and all help is greatly
appreciated
