Comparing data in different columns or different files

Hi,
I am managing a very large data base (more than 15.000 contacts) and I am trying to compare 2 columns in a sheet which have almost the same data.

I want to see which data from column A are not included in column B without comparing each cell. Is there any formula that could show me which are missing?
