comparing databases excel

Hi,

I have an excelfile with 2 sheets, DB 1 and DB 2.
DB 1 contains a database with unique articlenumbers and prices.
DB 2 is the new database i received from my supplier. Some prices might
be changed
I'm looking for a way to change the backgroundcolor of each price cell
in DB 2 if the price is different from DB 1.
Is there any way to do this in excel?

If the sheets contain exactly same list of articles in the same order
and only prices are to be compared, then also try copying old list and
"paste special subtract" over the new list. Prices with non zero
values are the one that are changed. To quickly see them turn off
zeros from Tool Options.
