Comparing separate worksheets

I am trying to compare two worksheets with this type of
data:

Last First Confirmation# Check-In Check-Out

The two lists need to be checked for discrepencies.

To do this by hand you have to look up "John Adams" and
compare all of the relevant data. Is there a way to
compare the 2 lists and filter out any of the
differences. For instance if "John Adams" has a chack-in
date of 1-2-04 on one list and 1-20-04 on the other list,
then this would be filtered out?
