comparing two documets

I need to place into my screen two documents and compare
them. How can I do it?

When I compare them how can I know the new changes?
different colors? different style?

Open one document. Choose Tools | Compare Documents, and then open the other
document. Changes will be marked with the formatting selected on the Track
Changes tab of Tools | Options.
