Comparing two MS WORD documents - How can I do this?

I have the need to show the difference between two MS WORD documents. I am
using MS WORD 97. Does anyone know whether this can be done, and if so -
how?

I was informed by Suzanne S. Barnhill of Microsoft MVP (Word) that the
function compare documents is under Tools|Track Changes|Compare Documents.
