Comparing two network diagrams

Visio 2003 has the option to compare and run a report of any changes between
Organizational chart data, is there an option to run a report where I have
made changes to a Networking diagram?

afaik, unfortunately not. this kind of an issue is usually responded to with
the suggestion that the two versions be saved as xml and then use text
comparison to identify the differences.
