Comparing values in columns

Hi

What is the best way to compare values in columns as follows:-

A3:A30 contains integers as does B3:B30. What I would like to do is count
the number of values in Range B3:B30 that are less than equivalent values in
A3:A30. (Also those that are equal and those that are more than)
