Comparison document of OUtlook 2007 w/BCM and CRM 4

Is there a feature comparison document somewhere for Outlook 2007 w/BCM and
CRM 4? Also, at what number of users sharing the same BCM database on a SBS
2003 R2 server should the company move to CRM from BCM?

Is there a feature comparison document somewhere for Outlook 2007 w/BCM and
CRM 4? Also, at what number of users sharing the same BCM database on a SBS
2003 R2 server should the company move to CRM from BCM?

The BCM box said five shared users a one point, but I know sites that
are comfortable with ten. I depends on the server hardware (if the cpu
or memory aren't max'd out, you'll get perf) and how busy users are
(do they casually update Contacts through out the day, or are they
running reports all day).
