I am trying to create a comparison report on what customers have not ordered
in 2008 but have ordered in 2007(or whatever range of dates that are put in
for selection). What is the best way to go about doing the comparison? Do I
need to do a crosstab query or use a regulart query and make any criteria
specs in that?

Thanks in advance

One way would be to create two identical queries that provide the information
on what a customer ordered. Filter one by the current year and one by the
previous year. The create a third query that joins these two queries by
customer. Use calculated fields to show the previous year orders and the
current year orders on the same row.

Ah ha, why didn't I think of that! I will give it a try. Thank you so much!
