compatability between Visio 2003 and 2000

We are upgrading to Visio 2003 but need backward compatability with 2000 for
the transistion period. Can you safely save 2003 drawings in a format
readable in 2000?

visio 2003 allows you to do a SaveAs to v2002 format which is identical to
v2000.
