Compatability issue between Project 2003 and 2007 - Help!

I am using Vista and Project 2007. I have created a project plan and saved it
as Proejct 2000 - 2003. I get the 'reduced functionality' warning. I then
attempt to open the file using Project 2003, but I then get the 'created in
an old version of Project' warning. Help!
