is Works 6.0 compatible with Access?
Unless they've made some changes recently, no.
Can data be easily converted from Works to Access?
Not directly; but there are two ways that I've found which do work:
- Open the WORKS database in Excel, or import it into Excel; then link
to the Excel spreadsheet from Access.
- Export the Works data to dBase or Text format (Comma Separated Text)
and import that.
It's a bit strange that the two database programs have no common
language, but they don't!
