Compatibilities with Outlook 2002 & 2003

I am trying to open an Outlook pst file from 2003 in 2002 and getting a
message that the two are not compatible. The message is:

The file blah blah blah.pst is not compatible with this version of the
Personal Folders information service. Contact your administrator.

I followed the instructions. still the same problem.???

Rightclick the folder in Outlook 2003-> Properties-> Advaced... What does
the message format say?
