compatibility between 2002 and 2003

Are there any compatibility issues between project 2002
and project 2003?

Just need to make sure I can have both running. We are
not using project server so that will not be an issue.

You can't have both versions on the same workstation if that's what you
mean. But the two are completely compatible at the project mpp file
level so you can freely open projects in either version and exchange
data files between users with 2002 or 2003 without any problems.
