Compatibility issues with Visio 2003 saved down to 2002 Org Charts

Is there any documented issues of Creating an org chart using the wizard in
Visio 2003 then saving the file to open in Visio 2002 - the org chart doesn't
appear to function properly. Help!

org chart is an add-on that can and does change from version to version.
Where basic drawings are pretty much stable between versions, add-ons may or
may not be.
