Compatibility: NOD32 + Office 2007?

Hello,
Ever since installing NOD32 Antivirus, there has been an issue of office no
longer working.
Every application except Outlook 2007 says there is an Ordinal Not Found in
oart.dll.
Outlook just says it encountered a problem and needs to close, and when it
tries to start in safe mode, it claims that there is not enough system
resources. (This PC has an Opteron 165 and 1.5gb of ram, not a lot of
programs running)
I disabled outlook and office monitors, but that has done nothing.
Has anyone got both of these to work together?

I am running the current NOD32 with Office 2007 BTR2 and have encountered no
problems to date with Excel, Word, or Outlook. Don't know how you installed
Office 2007 but NOD32 was installed on my Office 2003. I uninstalled Office
2003 then installed 2007.

Can't really help beyond this but it does let you know that it does seem
possible to run both together.
