Compatibility of Microsoft Publisher 2007 and Outlook 2003

I have just installed Microsoft Publisher and
use Microsoft Office 2003. I can't now send out my Newsletters etc that I
have created with Publisher- is there a plug in etc that I can get for
Outlook 2003 to make it compatible with Publisher 2007 or vice versa? I
would prefer not to purchase Office 2007 and explore other options instead.
