Compatibility of Outlook 2003, 2007 with enhance version of VS 2008

Hi,
I want to create Add-in for Outlook 2007. Please let me know that it is compatible with VS 2008 and upcoming version. And advice me that which VSTO 2008 is proper whether C#.NET or VB.NET for Outlook 2007

Your language choice is entirely based on what you are comfortable with. It
doesn't matter. There's no way to tell what new things will be in the next
version of Outlook but in general the Outlook team doesn't break
compatibility so your code should run OK in the next version of Outlook but
there are no guarantees.
