Compatibility OWC 2003 (11.0)

F

Federico Haedo

I'm having some compatibility problems with OWC:
I have a few OWC XP (10.0) reports. Over XP Clients there's no problem with
the visualization. But some Office 2003 Clients (OWC 11.0) can't see those
reports.
Does anybody know what could be happen?

Excuse my English
Federico Haedo.

what problems are you experiencing exactly?
"cant see the reports" is rather vague

Like the link says, the clients need to install owc11 on their system in
order to see the reports. They can do so by clicking on th elink

Exactly, the application is looking for version 10, but version 11 is
installed. By the way, the installation package (2003) should have installed
version 10 with version 11 but sometimes the installation goes south.

Frederico,

I had a similiar problem once and I solved it removing and re-installing OWC
11 on the client. Did you try this?
There shouldn't be problems with reports made with OWC 10 running on newer
versions. The problem is in the opposite case (running on older versions).
Another question is: this problem occurs in any computer or just in one
particular?

Fabio,
the problem occurs just in some computers with Off2003, not all. I will try
your advice.
Thanks. Federico
