When I insert a chart in PPT 2007 and then save "down" for compatibility with
2003 (because most of my colleagues are still on 2003), I get an error
message:
"A chart in this document may contain data in cells outside of the row and
column limit of the selected file format. Data beyond 256 (IV) columns by
65,536 rows cannot be saved."
I get this every time, even if I don't touch the data and try to save the
PPT default data. When someone then tries to "edit data" for the chart in PPT
2003, they can't get in to the data, which I assume must be due to this
error.
What am I missing here? Is there a way to resolve the compatibility problem
so I can save without seeing that error?
Thanks.
