Compatibility Tips? Mac & PC

My boss is on a Mac and I have to use a PC at work. Everytime we share
PP presentations, things become messed up. I have to re-format and re
position so many things. It takes a big part out of my day time. Can
someone please give some tips? Is there a program I can buy or
download that will make this more seamless?

things moving about is probably due to 'different fonts' being used perhaps?

I have not read the links provided earlier, but I can offer this: develop
good master slides, and stick to them -- if you find you are doing a lot of
manual font and size changes, you may be doing something wrong. Then, when
you change platforms, a few minor changes to the masters will be reflected in
the slides.

For objects with text inside them (boxes, circles), include the text as a
part of the object, not as a separate text box drawn on top.
