compatibility with 2000 and XP office

Is office 2000 and XP can open all application that
created by office 2003?
What is the limitation of Office 2000 and XP compatibility
with office 2003?

I move files seamlessly between Office 2000 (computer at work), Office XP
(laptop), and Office 2003 (home computer) versions of Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint.

In Access for XP, the default option is to uese the Access 2000 file format
natively (i.e. you don't have to use "save as") -- you actually have to
choose Access XP file format. You can open Access 2000 files in Access XP,
but if you have a complex un-compacted database, there can be some bumps --
I don't advise this method.

I have not yet worked with Access 2003, however, so I can't advise on
that....
