COMPATIBILITY WITH '97 & 2000

We noticed some hiccups when we went from Office '97 to
2000 with MS Access. Pertaining to the user rights of
databases in '97 not being able to be opened in 2000.
Is there any more problems when going from either '97 or
2000 up to Office XP?
