Can I use a mde application created with Access 2000 on a PC with Access97.
If so would it run smoothly. I dont have Access 97 to test it on.
Could I also use the same Access 2k App on a system with Access2003 (or is
it 2002)
installed?

The reason I ask is that potential users of the app may not have Access 2k.

I think the anwser is NO (I did not actually test it, though). It should
work the other way around: if the *.mde was created in older version of
Access, it would most likely work under newer version of Access.
