compile .dot file (word macro) from command prompt

hi
i have a template word file aaa.dot which i past to some computers
i have a problem which on some machine i got an error and have to open
the file -> visual basic editor and compile it
do i have any option for compile the .dot file from the command prompt
?

i wrote a macro into a file which i put in the office10/startup folder.
the file must be there and the macro must be in that file.
now i compile the VBA code of this file and send the file to about 150
computers.
in some computers, i get an error while the macro is loaded.
if i open the dot file in word and then open the visual basic editor
and compile it, it is working fine.
