compile error after installing office 2003

After installing Office 2003 and clearing up the Adobe PDF errors I have just
one error left: When opening Excel I receive the following error: Microsoft
Visual Basic...Compile error in hidden module: AutoExecNew. When I exit
Excel, I receive the following error message: Compile error in hidden
module: DistMon. If someone could please help me with this I would
appreciate it but I need step by step instructions for correcting. Thank
You.
