Compile error in DistMan

When opening or closing Excel, I receive the error: Microst Visual Basic
Comple error in hidden module: AutoExecNew. After clicking o.k. I get a
worksheet. When closing Excel I get: Microst Visual Basic Comple error in
hidden module: DistMan.

I was getting a Visual Basic compile error in Word, but found a TechNet
article that helped me resolve that one. Trying the same thing in Excel
doesn't work as unable to see any templates or addins. Any ideas?

I tried moving as described in the article and and re-naming PDFMAKER.XLA as
described in another article on this subject. I'm still seeing the same
errors:
Microst Visual Basic: Comple error in hidden module: AutoExecNew.
After clicking o.k. I get a worksheet.
When closing Excel I get: Microst Visual Basic Comple error in hidden
module: DistMan.

Any other ideas? I am using Office 2003, Acrobat Professional 6.0 and have
Acrobat Reader 7.0.
