Compile error in hidden module: AutoExec

Been receiving this error message each and every time I quit Excel
(Office 2004, with latest updates).

Allows me to click an "Okay" button, then the app quits. But the error
is frustrating. Reproducible and consistent.

Any assistance, suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated.
