compile error in hidden module: modMainRoutines

When I run Early Watch Alert Report from SAP, Word 2003 return me such error
when it run for a while:

compile error in hidden module: modMainRoutines

The Word generate only introduction part of the report, can anyone help me?

This is a problem in the Early Watch Alert Report that you are running. You
will need to contact the suppliers (SAP) for a fix.
