Compile Error in Hidden Module: Public

I created a form that links to a database. It worked fine in the Millennium
OS but I get this compile error in Vista when I try to open the template form
I created. If just in a workbook and try to open the template wizard, I get
the same error.

I've tried to deselect the add-ins but they pop back up in next workbook.
Also, if I would be successful in removing the add-in that I think is causing
the problem, then my form won't link to the database will it?

I can't find any solutions to my particular problem in the MS Knowledge Base.

Does anyone have any possible solutions?
