Compile Error in hidden module (Visual Basic)

When I start up and shut down on my Word 2003 and Excel 2003 I get a Visual
Basic error message that indicates that there is a Compile Error in a Hidden
Module. In Excel, the hidden module referenced is AutoExecNew. On exit, it
is DistMon. With Word 2003 the start up is AutoExec, the shutdown is the
same.

Any one know the source of this. The only things I can think of that I have
installed are:

SP-1 for Microsoft Visual Studio .Net 2002
Adobe Acrobat version 5.0. (I already had Adobe Acrobat Extensions 6.0
installed.
