Compile error in hidden module

Hello All,

Upon opening and closing Word or Excel in Office 2002, I have started to
get a Microsoft Visual Basic message popping up "Compile error in hidden
module:AutoExec"

Clicking OK removes the message and Word & Ecel appears OK.
Clicking help and the response is beyond my understanding.

Can anyone throw any light on this?
