Compile error in hidden module

I installed Office 2003 and I get "compile error in hidden module AutoExec"
every time I open Excel or Word.
I am using Quickoffice 7.1 and MobileDB 3.02 for my Palm Pilot.
Any suggestions to get rid of the error and still be able to use those Add
Ins?
