You have an add-in with a broken macro. The solution is to remove the
offending add-in, and it will take a bit of detective work to find out which
one that is.

The Startup path that article mentions is usually
%appdata%\Microsoft\Word\Startup (although it can be changed in the Options
File Locations dialog).
