compile information which can be used in outlook

In my business dealings I need to contact a number of shipping companies that
serve multiple destinations. I want to compile an expanding list of companies
and all the destinations they serve with their email addresses. When I need
to contact all the companies that go to Singapore for example I can extract
this information and transfer to outlook as a distribution list. Is this
something that is possible in excel for someone of limited experience?
