Compiling a database

Hello all,
What is the easiest way to convert a database into a standalone app.
I have a user that doesn't have access installed on her machine. I have done
this before but it was years ago and the cobwebs grew thick over time...

Grant,

do you have the Developer Edition? Only this allows you to package and
distribute a runtime Access application for users not having Access.
The DB itself cannot be converted in a standalone app, it needs the
so-called Access runtime version with lots of DLL and such.
