Compiling a membership directory

I'm trying to develop a membership directory for an organization. It
includes quite a bit of information on each person. Am wanting to draw the
information from a database on Access. I first worked in "Forms" but each
person took up a whole page! Then, I tried it in "Reports" but had troubles
there, too. Can you please advise me on the easiest way to accomplish this
task?

Use Excel; you should be able to transfer your info from
Access to Excel. There should be help info telling you
how to do this if you have Office Professional with both
programs.

I would think Access is the way to go, perhaps you would be advised to
purchase an Access guide/book to give advice on how to.
eg a form can have many tabbed pages
