Complaint, Office installation icon mess

Why don't microsoft create a program group for the office installation, it
drops icons and subdirectories all over the Program and Start menu?
Please, please give tidy computer users some improved options.

Maybe they think people are smart enough to sort it themselves; well, most
people are!
