Complete a form and have it duplicate itself 2X on same page

I am still struggling with this. I need to create a 1/3 pg template where
info will be input and then that that same info completed or duplicated in
two more 1/3 page forms on the same page. I am not a programmer and have no
experience with macros...is there another way? I appreciate your help!
