We're using project 2003 and project server and having a problem with the %
complete column in project server.
We have set the default global template to automatically calculate the %
complete within our our projects.
Here's the issue: Within our project plans we have many tasks which are
just tracking tasks. (They have zero work associated with them) Project
server is not allowing us to update these tasks to 100% complete. (When we
publish - the tasks revert back to zero percent complete)
Is there a way to force the system to accept these tasks as 100% complete
when using managed time periods and automatic calculation?
