Hi,
Could someone please let me know what we can try next for this issue - we
are running out of options!
We have been using Project Server 2003 in a test environment. As part of the
test environment we had the tracking set as:
hours of work done per day
force project managers to use
managed time periods
This all appeared to work fine and resources could enter actual hours on
their timesheet view.
However the ISSUE has occurred when we are trying to go back to use:
percent of work complege
allow project managers to change
non managed periods
It now appears that when I create a new project using % complete tracking
that the resource's task view has % complete field GREYED OUT? The Remaining
Work field is Open, but not % complete.
In trying to fix this we have already deleted all previous projects that had
actuals against them, deleted all but one of the previous managed time
periods and created new projects to try out the % complete tracking.
Any thoughts please???
Thanks
