Complete Image Will Not Show or Print

I have a problem I think began with Picture Manager. A cover graphic that
was e-mailed to me opened by default in Picture Manager. Both the top and
bottom of the graphic are cut off when I view the graphic onscreen and when I
print it. However, the graphic can be printed and viewed correctly from
other computers. Although this problem orginated in Picture Manager, the
graphic cannot be viewed correctly from PowerPoint or Word either. I can
view and print it correctly from Paint and from Photoshop. I posted about
this yesterday, but now cannot find my post. Our tech guys here are baffled.
Any ideas will be appreciated.
