% Complete Not Updated

Hi, I'm new to MS Project. I have a problem and was
hoping that someone can help.

I have MS Project 2003 and is connected to MS Project
Server 2003. When a resource updates the % complete and I
have accepted it, the Ghantt chart in web view is updated
but the local one in MS Project is not updated, eventhough
I've updated and saved after accepting the task.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Mac --

Do the following:

1. Open the project in question
2. Click Tools - Options - Calculation
3. Select the "Updating task status updates resource status" option and
then click OK
4. Manually set the % Complete value to 100% for every task that you know
is completed
5. Save and publish the project

From this point forward, every time a resource updates their % Work
Complete, your Microsoft Project plan will automatically update the %
Complete value as well. Hope this helps.

The option is already enabled.

It looks like updating is only one way, from local to
Project Server. But not from Project Server to the local
project file.
