Open the project in question, then click Collaborate - Publish - Republish
Assignments, click the "Overwrite actual work entered by resources", and
then click OK. Hope this helps.

But why dos this happen? Is this a bug in project 2003?

This is NOT a bug in the software. If you manually enter actuals in the
Microsoft Project plan, you must "push" those actuals to the resource's
timesheet in PWA by republishing the assignment. Hope this helps.

What we do is once the project is complete, open the project, go to the
Resource SHeet View, insert Booking Type, mark proposed then republish
assignments, and the tasks should disapear from the users timesheet.
