Completed tasks are remaining on resouces task list in PWA

We have several team members who have completed tasks 100% with no remaining
time but that task continues to show up in their task list in PWA. Their
tasks continue to grow and grow and grow. What can we do to remove the task
from their task list without losing associated time on the task?

Jennifer:

In general, it's wise to tell your resources to apply the current tasks view
to the timesheet, provided that your project schedules are up to date. You
can instruct your users to select the task and click the hide button in
timesheet to permanently hide the task in the view.
