Completed tasks

If a task is completed, is it possible to hide the task so that it no longer
shows when printing the programme, but is still there in order to show a full
programme when needed or to use again?

Hi Sarah,

Not directly possible. You could make the font and the bar colour white.
You could put a page break before and after the task and throw away the
blank page.

Sarah,

You "hide" tasks that have been completed, via applying a filter called:
Incomplete Tasks. You then print as normal.

if I understand you correctly:
Filter the % complete column
Do this by:
Project/filtered for:.../ensure autofilter (bottom option) is selected.
On drop down arrow for the %complete column, select (custom)
filter for where value [does not equal] [100%]
This should hide all completed tasks, should you wish to see them again:
On drop down arrow for %complete, select (all).

Hope this is what you were after,
all the best,
G
