Completely Silent Install of Outlook 2007 question.

I'm trying to do a completely silent install of Outlook 2007 from the
Enterprise CD for Office 2007.

I created an msp file using setup /admin, that has the key, and tells it do
have no display level, etc.

I use "Setup.exe /config cdpath\Outlook.WW\config.xml" to kick off the
install, with my updated MSP in the "updates" folder.

It does do a completely unattended install this way, but it still pops up a
splash screen saying that it is going to install Office - it then goes away
once it reads the msp file, and completes the install.

Is there any way to get rid of this splash screen completely? I tried going
into the config.xml and setting display to None there, but it didn't seem to
work.

I figured out my own problem (pebkac)...

When I modified the config.xml, I failed to uncomment the lines I changed.
Went back and made sure they weren't commented out, and now the silent
install is working great.
