Completely wipe office 2007 from system

Im trying to uninstall office 2007 from my XPSP2 pro machine and would like
to start from scratch. However, after the reinstall, i see all my emails and
accounts are still there from my previous installation. How do i completely
uninstall/resinstall a fresh version of office 2007 without it seeing the
remnants of my old install?

Uninstalling Office does nothing to the data files & the outlook Profile,
peoples would be pretty mad if an uninstall also nuked their data
Use the Mail applet in the control panel to create a new profile, add a new
data file and the accounts
BTW why would you want to dispose of your outlook data?
